											1.      
											
											RESERVATION 
											can be done through the wholesaler 
											or any other travel agency by giving 
											a 25% deposit of

											whole amount. While full balance has 
											to be paid 30 days before departure. 
											We may accept payment also by credit 
											card  ( VISA  or MASTERCARD or 
											DINERS ) charging  1%  as  bank 
											expenses, on the transaction. 
											
											2.      
											
											RATES. 
											Rates are based on current costs at 
											the time the tariff is issued and 
											are therefore subject to change 
											without  prior notice. All rates 
											quoted in this Confidential manual 
											are net to TVT

											3.      
											
											AMENDEMENT FEE  
											
											  Euro 
											20 per person.  (not applicable  for 
											group )

											4.      
											
											CANCELLATION FEES . 
											In case of cancellation , the 
											traveller will receive the refund of 
											his payment after deducting the 
											registration fees and the following 
											penalities:

											a)      
											
											for cancellation received from
											
											30th  
											to the 22th  
											days before departure 10% 
											of the total amount.

											b)      
											
											For cancellation received from 21 to 
											15 days   before departure  25% of 
											the total amount

											c)      
											
											For cancellation received from 14 
											to  8  days   before departure  50% 
											of the total amount

											d)      
											
											For cancellation received from  4  
											to 7   days   before departure  75%  
											of the total amount

											e)      
											
											For cancellation received from 1 to 
											3 days or No-show    100% of the 
											total amount

											f)       
											
											In case of residence or appartament 
											rent’s cancellation, no refund 
											within 21 days prior arrival; 50% 
											refund from 30 to 22 days – 70% 
											refund from 45 to 30 days.

											TVT Srl is entitled to cancel anyone 
											of its circuits in any moment before 
											departure date and refund only the 
											payments received by the 
											clients.That is as per article n.10 
											od the law N. 1084 issued on  
											December  27th 1977 and 
											regarding the international 
											agreement about  travel contract.

											5.      
											
											CLAIMS. 
											
											If anyone of our circuits present 
											any difference from services 
											detailed in our programs,clients 
											will have to contact promptly our 
											hostesses during same journey. Any 
											way all claims have to be related to 
											TVT srl by registered letter within 
											15days after end of our services.

											6.      
											
											LIABILITY . 
											TVT’S liability towards clients and 
											their good is limited by the law n. 
											1084 issued on December 27th 
											1977 and referring to the 
											International  Convention about the 
											Travel Contrat signed on April 23rd 
											 1970 in Bruxelles..

											   The responsability of TVT , both 
											as wholesaler or intermediary, never 
											has to exceed the limits of the 
											above mentioned law. 

											7.      
											
											LUGAGGE INSURANCE. 
											TVT srl is not responsable for 
											damage  , lost  or theft of  
											luggage.

											8.      
											
											COMPTENCES. 
											Any dispute or controversy will be 
											remitted Siracuse Forum.  
											
											9.      
											
											VALIDITY. 
											The above terms and condition are 
											valid from  October 1st 
											2007 till  Sept 30st  
											 2008. It has been compiled 
											according to the Regional Law of 
											Tourism n. 63 of September 17th 
											1984 and ruling the activities of 
											all travel Agencies and Tourism in 
											general.
